• • We are a husband and wife team who has been together for 22+ years.
  • All of our sample pictures were shot be either Bruce or Marge.
• • We are a small company. We are the photographers, album designers, etc.
• • Before your wedding day, you will get to meet, know and have a rapport with your photographer.
• • We do not use order forms for albums. With most of our packages, we include a consultation session with you to review your image choices so that we can design an album that meets your personal style.

Type of Work

• • We will capture the essence of your day through complete photojournalistic coverage and formal portraiture.
• • We are photographic artists, not just photographers.
• • Our album pages are works of art not just pictures dragged onto a page. A variety of graphic techniques are carefully incorporated into each album such as, color enhancement of black and white photos, watercolor effects, wording, merging images together, etc. in order to tell the story of your day with maximum emotional impact.

Financial

• • We are financially stable.
• • Our payment policy is: The first third is due when the contract is signed, the second third is due 30 days before your wedding and the final third is not due until after your wedding when you receive your proofs.
• • We have low business overhead and therefore can charge reasonable rates. You are paying for our expertise, services and products not a large studio with large overhead.

Equipment

• • We use professional grade photographic and computer equipment; not consumer grade equipment.
• • We always carry sufficient back-up equipment.

Business Practices

• • We’re always accessible (we’ll give you our personal cell phone number).
• • We are members of the Better Business Bureau with a “Satisfactory” rating (their highest rating – 0 complaints).
• • We do not do “bait and switch”. The type of product that you see for the samples is the type of product that you will get.
• • We do not overbook; we can handle a maximum of 2 weddings per day.
• • At least one of us is on every job.
• • When you place your album order, we will give you the anticipated completion date in writing.
• • We offer full day coverage. Our services to you on the day of your wedding are not limited to a specific number of hours with a high cost for additional time.

• • We give 4x6 paper proofs.
• • All of our sample albums are actual duplicates of some of our couples’ albums.
• • Our proof turnaround time is approximately 2-3 weeks.
• • Our album production is approximately 4 months.
• • On-line hosting of your images on a password protected website is included with all of our packages.
